About the event
A sound bath is a meditative experience where individuals get comfortable(laying or sitting) and listen to resonant sounds. We provide a unique sonic experience using various instruments to improve energy flow. Certain sounds and tones can induce the body to heal on the cellular level. The vibrations from our crystal bowls, native flutes and other tools are used to help the cells resonate matching their vibrations. We share this space to help the recipient relax and rejuvenate.
