Breathwork & Meditation
Breathwork is referred to as Pranayama in Indian traditions, and Smai Tawi in Kemetic times. It is the practice of controlling ones breathing in order to cycle energy and expand vital force through your bodies and prepare them for meditation. It induces a parasympathetic response making it easier to access your entire being. When you attend our sessions you will be guided through various breathwork practices learning proper techniques allowing you to practice safely in quiet purposeful space. After breathwork we flow into gently guided intentional meditation focused on one of many holistic practices helping you find inner stillness and improving your vibrations.
